The Parents Association is a group of parents who play an active part in supporting the school by raising money to fund additional resources.
The P.A. benefits children at the school through events such as discos, fetes, concerts and other fundraising activities. Amongst others, they have so far been able to assist the school in buying:
- A defibrillator
- Gazebos for Sports Day
- ICT equipment such as Chromebooks and tablets
- A TV and bracket for the main hall
- Basketball kit with school badges
- Beanbags for reading areas
- Buses to take the children to and from the pantomime
- Leavers hoodies for Year 6
- Breakfast club toys
- Paint and other items for a yard clean up
The P.A. is always appreciative of volunteers, and you can help with a variety of tasks - from ticketing tombola prizes to manning stalls in events! We meet termly on average, and everyone is welcome at the meetings. Don't worry if you don't have the spare time to volunteer - just supporting events really helps.
